Jenna Hilton
Jenna was born and raised locally. The Truckee/Tahoe region holds a very special place in her heart. She’s always had a love for the outdoors and enjoys the healthy lifestyle it promotes. She currently lives in Tahoe City with her husband Ed, daughter Nora, and goldendoodle Hobbes. Her son, Evan, is in his first year of college in Southern California. After pursuing an education and career in education and later non-profit development, Jenna’s interest shifted to wellness-based care. Personal health challenges and expecting her son in 2006 led her to chiropractic care with Dr. Cathy which fueled her quest for healing and balance. She immediately saw positive changes in her all areas of her life and subsequently two healthy pregancies and deliveries. Both of her children have had the benefit of chiropractic care since the birth.
When the opportunity arose in 2009, Jenna was thrilled to begin working as a Chiropractic Assistant for Dr. Cathy. Working alongside practice members and Dr. Cathy has been pivotal to her own journey to wellness and a continual platform for learning about true health.
In her free time, Jenna loves spending time with her family and as much time outdoors as possible. She also enjoys volunteering with her church, and several local non-profit youth organizations. Jenna loves being inspired everyday by practice members’ testimonials and commitment to their health and is devoted to helping people of all ages live to their full potential.
CHIROPRACTIC ASsistant
Amy Campeau
Amy grew up in Southern California and has lived in North Tahoe for 10 years. She’s a homeschooling mom who lives in Kings Beach with her two children and beloved partner, Rory. Her first passion and the first work she got into after high school was working with children in group homes and social services. After a few years, she became increasingly drawn towards studying natural healing and energy work. She became a Theta Practitioner in 2008 and began her practice in San Diego. She continued gathering deeper knowledge into the occult, natural healing with the bounty of what Mother Earth provides, ancient energy healing modalities and focused her energies on her own inner work and creating more freedom for her and her family.
She began bringing her children to Dr. Cathy when they were mere sprouts and began seeing Dr. Cathy herself after a couple months. She really values Dr. Cathy’s wisdom and the gentle and intentional healing space that she holds for each individual practice member. Amy was honored to be asked to come aboard “Team Hearth” and is grateful to share future experiences and relationships with fellow practice members.
Amy’s future goal is to become a midwife, she hopes to support and witness women and their babies during the most magical moments of new life joining us.
Amy enjoys being with her family snuggled close by the fireplace, long beach days, riding bikes and playing with their animals.
